Our Services

Personal support for every step

Use one service or all of them. Everly can help you find the right place, prepare for the move, and settle in comfortably.

Placement

Assisted Living & Board and Care Placement

Everly helps seniors and their families explore and compare senior living options, including assisted living communities, small residential board and care homes (licensed in California as Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly), and independent living communities when appropriate.

  • An initial family consultation
  • Understanding your loved one’s preferences, lifestyle, and priorities
  • Discussing location, budget, and timing
  • Identifying suitable licensed communities to consider
  • Helping you compare options side by side
  • Coordinating community tours and introductions
  • Supporting your family through the decision
  • Coordinating move in logistics

The difference it makes: Personalized guidance instead of researching dozens of communities on your own.

Everly does not provide medical diagnoses or clinical assessments and does not determine admission eligibility. Those decisions rest with qualified professionals and the receiving community.

Memory Care

Memory Care Placement

For families caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory challenges, Everly helps identify and compare communities that offer memory care.

  • Understanding your family’s concerns and preferences
  • Identifying communities that offer memory care
  • Coordinating tours and introductions
  • Comparing programs, environments, costs, and available support
  • Practical coordination throughout the transition

The difference it makes: Compassionate guidance during a decision that can feel emotional and overwhelming.

Everly does not diagnose dementia or make clinical recommendations. Please consult your loved one’s physician about care needs.

Downsizing

Downsizing & Organizing

Moving from a longtime home into a smaller one means making many decisions about cherished belongings. Everly brings structure and patience to the process.

  • Creating a personalized downsizing plan
  • Helping sort and organize belongings
  • Helping decide what to bring to the new home
  • Coordinating donations
  • Coordinating estate sale professionals
  • Arranging storage or disposal services
  • Coordinating with family members and outside vendors

The difference it makes: Less of the physical and emotional weight of downsizing falls on you.

Relocation

Relocation & Moving Coordination

Everly manages the practical details of a senior move so your family has one trusted point of contact.

  • Creating a personalized moving timeline
  • Coordinating professional moving companies
  • Arranging packing and unpacking services
  • Coordinating move in dates
  • Organizing essential belongings
  • Keeping family members informed

The difference it makes: A move that is more organized and far less stressful.

Everly coordinates independent, professional movers and is not itself a moving company.

Settling In

Settling In Services

A new residence should feel familiar and welcoming from the first night. Everly helps make that happen.

  • Coordinating furniture arrangement
  • Helping unpack and organize belongings
  • Setting up the room with familiar items and personal touches
  • Helping family prepare the new space
  • Following up after the move

The difference it makes: A new home that feels comfortable and truly theirs.

Fees & Transparency

Clear answers before we begin

Some Everly services may be offered at no charge to families when a participating senior living community compensates Everly. Other services, such as downsizing and relocation coordination, may be billed directly. Before any work begins, we explain in writing which services carry a fee and whether any community compensates Everly. You are always free to choose any community.

Let’s talk

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

A first conversation is simply a chance to share what is happening and hear what your options might look like. There is no obligation.
